Beech class Indoor Athletics competition October 2021

Friday 8th of October was our Hello Yellow Day, but Year 5 also travelled to Stanborough School for an indoor athletics competition. They took part in track and field events against Oaklands, St Mary’s, Our Lady’s and St. John’s schools.

The girls’ team were second, and the boys’ team first (it was extremely close!). Fortunately the class supported and encouraged each other so well that they were rewarded by an overall win on points.

Many congratulations to ‘team’ Beech!
