Year 5 Tag Rugby Tournament November 2021
On Friday 5th November, 9 of our Year 5 attended a rugby tournament at Welwyn RFC. The format allowed all teams to play each other and our players gained confidence as the afternoon progressed.
St Michael’s. V. Applecroft. Won 6-5 (played twice). Won 5-2
St Michael’s. V. Oak View. Won 5-4
St Michael’s. V. St Mary’s. Won 5-2
St Michael’s. V. Creswick. Won 10-6
St Michael’s. V Waterside Won 8-2
There were some great tries and confident breaks made in every game, but tagging and gaining possession were certainly strengths which helped our team to remain undefeated.
