On this page of the website we celebrate sporting successes that have taken place outside school. We enjoy hearing about your children's accomplishments at the various clubs and groups they may attend in their free time, and love to share their progress and achievements.

Practice Makes Perfect!

Congratulations to Scarlett and Charlie who were both awarded medals for gymnastics.  It is always good to hear how hard our children work to improve and excel in any of their sports.

 

An array of medals!

 

Erin won a lovely collection of medals in a competition at the weekend and we were also very impressed by the photos (in the frame next to her) showing some of her gymnastic moves.  Erin attends a club at Gosling and achieved two silver, one bronze and a 4th position at the event.  Well done!

Double celebration for Edward!

 

Perfect timing for Edward as he received a player of the match trophy after putting in an excellent performance for Datchworth RFC against Welwyn in the Charles Morris cup over the weekend, AND he shared it with us today - on his birthday. Congratulations Edward!

Congratulations to Toby in Elm class for being our first 2020 Sports Star.  Toby was awarded Man of the Match after his last football game.  Year 4 will be enjoying some football competitions later in the year and so we look forward to having Toby on our team too!

Ethan in Year 5 was very excited to share his certificate and sash from his Wing Chun sessions.  His brother in Year 1 also attends the club.

 

 

 

Tabby in year 4 has been awarded two medals by Knebworth Cricket Club for the Under 9s team and for the All Stars. Well done Tabby!

 

 

 

Daisy successfully graded recently and is now the proud owner of a yellow belt. Well done Daisy!
